An error is received when leaving the Link Description field blank while creating a link to a media item in the HTML Editor.
The error is caused by the media item not having a caption.
This is a program issue that has been corrected by the 2009.4.1 release in October.
The workaround was to enter a link description for the media item. The link description is no longer required, so feel free to enter one if you would like.
